Prices in our website include VAT tax and check-out cleaning service for a maximum of 3 hours. For every hour of extra check-out cleaning we will charge you 20,00 € + VAT.

After sending us your request we will send you our reservation form where you will find all information to procede with the payment of the deposit in order to confirm your reservation.

We will give you back the deposit at the end of your stay, with the condition that the apartment is at the same state of the check-in.

If you will cancel your reservation 15 days before your check-in date we will give you back total amount of the deposit.
